We are seeking an experienced RN to provide leadership in implementing clinical nursing research based on practice/quality improvement activities and evidence-based practice. The successful candidate will participate in activities that support the advancement of nursing practice within the institution, maintain a productive program of clinical scholarship and will be responsible for continuing a strong program of Nursing Research.

A working knowledge of nursing research and practice/quality improvement, ability to develop research grant proposals, publish, acquire and administer research funds is essential. PhD in Nursing or a related field with a strong emphasis in research is required. If the doctorate is not in Nursing, the Master’s Degree must be in Nursing. Ten years in nursing practice, education, and/or research preferred.
